Refund Policy

This policy explains how Fit To Fly Performance LTD handles refund requests for COULDA BEEN YOU applications, deposits, camps, and coaching services.

Before Payment

Applicants are shown the payment amount, payment type, and relevant service details before payment. Do not pay unless you understand what you are buying and when the service is expected to begin.

Deposits

Where a deposit is used to reserve a limited place, the payment page or acceptance message will explain whether the deposit is refundable, partially refundable, or credited toward the balance. Any deposit terms must be shown before payment.

Paid-In-Full Places

Paid-in-full terms are confirmed before payment. If a service is cancelled by Fit To Fly Performance LTD, affected clients will be offered a refund or alternative arrangement where appropriate.

Client Cancellation

Cancellation outcomes depend on timing, service start date, costs already committed, and applicable consumer law. Requests should be sent to support@couldabeenyou.com as soon as possible.

Legal Rights

This policy does not limit statutory consumer rights that apply to you. Where local law gives stronger cancellation or refund rights, those rights apply.
