Fit To Fly Performance LTD operates COULDA BEEN YOU. We collect personal information only where it is needed to manage enquiries, applications, onboarding, payments, coaching delivery, safety, and client communication.

Information We Collect

  • Contact details including name, email, WhatsApp number, city, and preferred language.
  • Application details including goals, fitness level, availability, payment preference, and referral source.
  • Health and safety information you choose to submit, including injuries, medical notes, medications, and emergency contact details.
  • For children’s sessions: parent or guardian details and authority, the child’s name, address, date of birth and age, race details, ability and training experience, health and allergy information, medication and action plans, disability or additional needs, emergency contacts, collection arrangements, and consent choices.
  • Technical information such as device, browser, IP address, and basic analytics where enabled.

How We Use Information

We use your information to respond to you, assess suitability for Camp 001 or online coaching, manage health and safety screening, process payments, deliver services, send operational updates, and improve the website and customer experience.

Children’s Sessions And Health Information

For a children’s session, we use parent and child information only as reasonably needed to administer participation, assess readiness, adapt coaching, manage safeguarding and collection, provide first aid, and respond to an emergency. Health and disability information is special-category data. Where we rely on explicit consent for that information, it is requested separately and may be withdrawn by contacting us. Withdrawal will not affect lawful use before withdrawal, but may mean we cannot safely allow the child to take part.

Sharing

We may share limited information with trusted service providers such as payment processors, email systems, coaching platforms, venues, legal/accounting advisers, and emergency support where needed. We do not sell personal information.

Access to children’s health, emergency and collection information is limited to people who reasonably need it for delivery, safeguarding or emergency response. Relevant information may be shared with first aiders, clinicians, emergency services or safeguarding authorities where necessary.

Photos And Marketing

Permission to intentionally capture or use an identifiable child’s image for CBY marketing is requested separately and is optional. Choosing not to consent does not affect participation. Permission can be withdrawn for future use by contacting us.

International Processing

Because Camp 001 is planned for Saudi Arabia and Fit To Fly Performance LTD is a UK company, information may be processed in the UK, Saudi Arabia, and by service providers in other jurisdictions where appropriate safeguards are used.

Your Choices

You can ask to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal information, subject to legal and safety obligations. Contact us at support@couldabeenyou.com.

Retention

We keep information only for as long as needed for the purpose collected, legal requirements, safety records, dispute handling, and legitimate business administration.

Children’s health and safeguarding information is reviewed and removed when it is no longer needed for safe delivery, unless an incident, insurance matter, legal claim or legal duty requires a longer record.
