Before Training
You should consult a qualified medical professional before starting any intense exercise programme, especially if you have an injury, medical condition, medication use, cardiac history, fainting history, recent surgery, or any concern about your ability to train safely.
Health Information
You must disclose relevant injuries, limitations, medications, and medical conditions during onboarding. We may require written medical clearance before accepting you into a camp or session.
Training Risk
Exercise carries inherent risk, including soreness, strains, sprains, falls, dehydration, heat stress, fainting, and more serious injury. You must stop and notify a coach immediately if you feel chest pain, dizziness, unusual shortness of breath, severe pain, or any concerning symptom.
